This brand new inclusive playground at the John Carno Recreation Center 823 State Fair Blvd was funded as part of an Onondaga County Community Development Grant. And the flowers are ready for planting by our Flower Fairies in the TOG Parks and Rec department. They will be spread out throughout the community this week.
